orders & shipping

  • Shipping is free on orders over $350. Orders are carefully prepared and shipped to you from Dolcezza location in West Palm Beach.
    All available shipping methods and actual delivery times for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout, after entering your shipping address. 
    If you are purchasing multiple items, they may be delivered separately on different days.

    Delivery usually takes 3-5 days business days from the date of the purchase. 

    We will send you the Tracking Number for your package by email. You can also follow the delivery online through Dolcezza & My Account in the Orders section.

    Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for two consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.

    Please note working days are Monday through Friday, excluding local and national holidays.

    Important Notice

    This Orders & Shipping Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the DOLCEZZA ITALIA online store.

    It does not apply to purchases made through the DOLCEZZA ITALIA Private Room or Atelier Positano sections of our website, which are governed by their own Orders & Shipping Policies, available at the bottom of their respective pages.

  • Follow your package and check the expected delivery date on Dolcezza & My Account in the Orders section.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is on its way to you. Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.

  • Dolcezza accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

    When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance. 

  • All prices displayed on the Dolcezza Italia website are tax-inclusive. Applicable state and local sales taxes are already included in the listed prices, so no additional sales tax will be added at checkout. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated separately.

  • Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns policy and contact us.
