We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the items meet the following requirements:

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• The item must be free of detergent, fabric softener, perfume, or smoke odors.

• There should be no signs of wash creases, fading, shrinkage, or fabric texture changes.

We do not accept returns if:

• The item has been washed or treated with chemicals.

• Tags are missing, or the item appears visibly worn.

• There are signs of detergent residue, lint, or texture alterations.

Non-compliant returns will not be refunded and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Submit a request via support.dolcezzaitalia@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Wait for approval and shipping instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Important Notice:

This Return Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the DOLCEZZA ITALIA online store.

It does not apply to purchases made through the DOLCEZZA ITALIA Private Room or Atelier Positano sections of our website, which are governed by their own Terms & Conditions, available at the bottom of their respective pages.

Purchases made through DOLCEZZA ITALIA Private Room and Atelier Positano are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by DOLCEZZA ITALIA, operated by ITAKINGSMAN LLC.
